Organic Farming
is a production system that points to respect ecological processes, natural balances and biodiversity, and a good quality of life of all involved. It excludes the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, and the farm itself is intended as an “agro ecosystem” in which farming is framed in a natural setting where peculiarities and characteristics are respected as much as possible.
Biodynamic Agriculture
Two words that imply a way of living, respect the land and work with it. The aim is not to leave everything to nature, but go beyond nature and help it to obtain a better soil – from which many generations can benefit – and better products for a better life. Biodynamic agriculture doesn’t mean to apply a fix method. We are looking at a general rule, to evolve and adapt according the conditions and problems of the single soils.
The three principles of the biodynamic are:
1. maintain the soil fertility;
2. make the plants healthy, so that they can resist to illness and parasite;
3. produce products of the highest quality possible.
